Being a mile from Publix isn’t even the most convenient thing about Duckett Pointe. Our Member Support Services welcomes you to arrive at a clean home at 10 o’clock on a Friday night and be on the water by 5 o’clock on Saturday morning. Our services take care of everything you need – from yardwork to grocery runs, housekeeping, or boat preparation. You can be free again to appreciate what really matters.
Care-free fun
Life on the water should be fun. The Shoreline Club at Duckett Pointe with its lifestyle dock has
boating, fishing and water sport rentals right at your fingertips, as well as many boat slips available to members. Work out in our fitness center, play 18 holes, swim at the pool—and under the waterfall—and end the day with a glass of wine by the outdoor fireplace.
Duckett Pointe is your home on the water and your gateway to fun.
Our Story
Duckett Pointe was born of a vision to have a lakeside sanctuary within a larger community. The neighborhood is located on the water in downtown Guntersville, a small southern town with class and charm, open to water at every turn. Boyd Duckett has spent his life on America’s lakes as a professional bass angler and boating expert. Listen to why he chose Lake Guntersville as the home to his unique artistic vision, Duckett Pointe.
